Couple looking for decent housemate/housemates. in BEACHLANDS, Western Australia for sale

Hey guys,
My partner and I are looking for someone to share our house with. It's a 5 bdrm home with 3 SEMI bathrooms right in the middle of Geraldton CBD, large kitchen, backyard and swimming pool (in process). We are getting NBN at the end of next month and for the meantime we have fast internet.
You are able to bring your own furniture if you like, also the option of a kingsingle bed, chest of drawers and small table if you prefer. We are able to provide a storage room should you need.
We have an outside dog who is very playful and will lick you to death before he bites.
You are able to smoke OUTSIDE. We, as well as our landlord will not tolerate in the house and we ask you to respect that.
Rent will be $150pw plus bills. So will work out to be around $170pw.
We are looking for someone that is working currently, or has some financial income with their own transport. We want someone quiet and keeps to themselves, so NO PARTY PEOPLE! ;)
