Room for Rent Wandina in BEACHLANDS, Western Australia for sale

Hi, we have available a room for Rent in Wandina.
We are a couple that reside in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in Wandina. We have available a non-furnished room available for rent.
You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. If we have visitors that come stay the bathroom would need to be shared.
The rent amount does not include any bills (water and electricity) you would need to supply your own internet.
Rent is $150 a week
There is no parking available in the garage. It would be in the unit complex.
Would prefer the following;
-Female
-Working full time
-Neat, Tidy and Punctual with payments
-Non Smoker and No Drugs allowed
-Someone that is interested in the following, sport(netball/tennis/football) Getting Fit and being active, someone who likes to chill out and watch movies from time to time, someone who likes to go out and have a social drink, someone who likes to travel and see places.
Someone who is fun and exciting.

The room would be available at the end of May 2014, so plenty of time for people to get in contact with me.
